Saturday February 12 6:30 pm Chinese New Year Dinner at the Sang Kee Noodle House restaurant at 3549 Chestnut St. in the University City area of Philadelphia. For 2-4 people there are 7 dishes for a cost of $138 per table, and for 4-8 people there are 16 dishes for a cost of $288 per table. There is also an optional additional dish.
