Sunday April 23  12 noon  Philadelphia Zoo  We will meet at 12 noon at the Lion statue at the Zoo entrance at 34^th and Girard.  In order to go on this event you need to buy timed tickets for $25 at philadelphiazoo.org.  In the event of inclement weather this event will be held on April 22.  Afterwards we will go out for dinner, and for more information contact Gale at 215-331-8194.

Sunday May 7  1 pm  A Taste of Israel Festival  Come celebrate Israel's 75^th anniversary at this festival that features Israeli food and music, among other things.  In order to go on this event you can either buy tickets in advance for $10 before May 3 or $15 after that at Israel75.jewishphilly.org, or $18 the day of the event.  We will meet at 1 pm at the Saligman Campus at 45 Haverford Rd. in Wynnwood, PA, and for more information contact Gale at 215-331-8194.

Wednesday May 10  6:45 pm  Club Meeting  at the Uzbeckistan Restaurant at 12012 Bustleton Ave. in Philadelphia.  At the meeting we will discuss club business and plan events for June and July.  People new to the club are welcome, and for more information contact Jon at 856-905-2732.

Saturday May 13  11:30 am  Country Fair  at the Walter B. Saul High School at 7100 Henry Ave. in Philadelphia.  Come tour a working farm that also features food and vendors.  We will meet at 11:30 am in front of the school sign across from the main school building.  Afterwards weather permitting we will go for a walk in Fairmount Park, and for more information contact Gale at 215-331-8194.
