Millbrook Village Victorian Christmas, Short Walking Tour

Saturday December 1 10:00 am Millbrook Village Victorian Christmas, Short Walking Tour of Victorian Belvidere, Belvidere-Riverton Bridge and Martins Creek Environmental Preserve We will meet at the entranceway of Millbrook Village, Millbrook Road & High Street, Millbrook Flatbrook Road, Hardwick, NJ, 07825, 908-841-9531, www.millbrooknj.com/index.htm. The cost is free. We will do a self guided tour of the 22 buildings that are decorated in a Victorian Christmas fashion. At 1:00, we will do a short walking tour of Victorian Belvidere, www.belviderenj.com. We will meet at the entranceway of the Belvidere Cemetery, Oxford & Pequest Roads, Belvidere, NJ, 07878. From there, we will see the courthouse, war memorial, slaughterhouse/grist and saw mills, hotel, theatre, bank, shops and historic homes. Once we have completed our Belvidere minitour, we will walk across the scenic Belvidere-Riverton Bridge Preserve beginning on Four Rift Road, Riverton, PA, 18013, www.pplweb.com/citizenship/environment/preserves/martins-creek/things-to-do.aspx. Tuesday December 25 10 am Trip to Longwood Gardens Come enjoy beautiful gardens, a garden railway display, an organ sing-along, and a fountain light show. We will eat lunch and possibly dinner out.
