Afterwards, we will go to the Thomas Eakin's House (now the main offices of the Mural Arts Program), 1729 Mt. Vernon St, Phila, PA 19130, http://muralarts.org/, 215-685-0780. At 3:00, we will take a free tour of the Philadelphia Contributorship, 201 South 4th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106, 267-765-4586 or 215-627-1752 X1286, Carol Smith, www.contributorship.com. The Contributorship is the oldest and first fire insurance company in Philadelphia. At 4:30, we will go to the Athenaeum of Philadelphia, 219 South 6th Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19106, http://www.philaathenaeum.org/current.html, 215-925-2688 to see a free exhibit on "The Art of the Fan: Beyond the Victorian Lady." The Athenaeum is a special collections architectural and interior design library specializing in the years 1800-1945. At 6:00, we will go to the Gershman YMHA, Broad & Pine Streets, Phila, PA 19147, http://www.gershmany.org/galleries.cfm, 215-545-4500, to see the photography of Laurence Saltzman (20 years of the Sephardic Turkish Community) and Micaela Amateau Amato (Los Chuetas, Jews of Majorka 15th Century to Today in glass, neon and ceramic).
